Hi all, Thank you to those participating in the doodle poll, and thanks to lpwan WG for adjusting their interim time around our preferred time! The winning timeslot is the 15:00 ā 16:30 UTC. As a result, CBOR WG will have conference calls every other Wednesday starting May 22nd, 15:00 to 16:00 UTC : https://www.epochconverter.com/timezones?q=1558537200&tz=Europe%2FBerlin The Secretariat will announce the calls soon, but here is a summary: Day: every other Wednesday beginning on May 22nd Dates: 22 May; 5, 19 June; 3, 17, 31 July; 14, 28 Aug; 11, 25 Sept; 9, 23 Oct; 6 Nov Time: 15:00 to 16:00 UTC for all dates except 6 Nov; 6 Nov: 16:00 ā 17:00 UTC ** Note that local time in NA will change for the 6 Nov meeting. Local time will not change in Europe. ** We will use the working group WebEx for the calls. The IETF WebEx account does not allow International dialling nor US toll free ("800" numbers), but you can use the WebEx app to connect your device audio, and there's also the option of connection directly from your browser if your browser supports it. WebEx details will be sent to the mailing list before each call (the details will be the same for all calls, but the messages will serve as reminders). Thanks, Francesca (as CBOR chair) From: CBOR <cbor-bounces@ietf.org> on behalf of Francesca Palombini <francesca.palombini@ericsson.com> Date: Monday, 15 April 2019 at 17:44 To: Cose Wg <cose@ietf.org>, "core@ietf.org WG" <core@ietf.org>, "cbor@ietf.org" <cbor@ietf.org>, Ace Wg <Ace@ietf.org> Subject: Re: [Cbor] [Ace] Doodle poll for virtual interims Hi, Please enter your availability by this Friday, April 19th: https://doodle.com/poll/ve7rnyareri2kqer As Klaus said, the time slots are to chose for weekly meetings, so disregard the exact dates in the doodle poll, but only consider the day of the week. The goal is to restart the meetings by the 2nd week of May, and we need a couple of weeks to set it up with the Secretariat. Also note that the timeslots are 90 minutes long, to allow for longer interim time if needed.
