IMHO it would be good to submit the PSA attestation token draft to the
RFC Editor in the Independent Submission Track as soon as possible since
the entries were put into the CWT registry as part of an early
registration in the anticipation that the document will soon be finalized.

The reference to the document in the IANA CWT registry would then point
to the published RFC rather than to Thomas's Github repository. This
would be a stable long-term reference.

What email address to include as the change controller is a good
question. Change it to whatever you feel appropriate. I doubt that there
will be changes to these claim entries given that any change will have
negative implications for available implementations.
