Joey, there are two WGLC still open, which require actions by document

authors.  We had that virtual interim in January, but then we kinda got
lost.  (Fair: I went on vacation)

So it would seem that we should be recapping the situation so far.
I think that the architecture document needs substantive further review, but
I think that it's feature complete.
