Hi WG,

The new version of draft-ietf-detnet-controller-plane-framework could be found below with the following update:
 1.	Simplify "Section 3 DetNet Control Plane Architecture" by removing some detailed examples to be more easily understood.
 2.	Reorganize "Section 4 DetNet Control Plane for DetNet Mechanisms" to give sufficient explanations to control requirement for different DetNet  mechanism.
 3.	Update the reference
Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
