DHCP Server Selection Option (plus the DHCP Server Identification Option)

I just submitted the subject drafts to the I-D directory (links below)
and have slot on the agenda in Memphis to discuss.   In short, I
greatly simplified and shortened the DHCP Server Selection 
Option document by deferring the requirement for client-side 
selection into a new internet draft (DHCP Server Identification 
Option).  I also simplified the rules governing implementation 
of the server priority field of the Server Selection Option 
(i.e., no more option usage "profiles").

Please take a look and return comments here or bring them
to Memphis.  As food for thought for the meeting... one 
subtle yet very important issue creeping into
the discussions on these drafts is the importance of 
standardizing -- or at least proposing recommendations
for -- client-side offer selection behaviors.   Without some level
of consistent client behavior here, server-side administrative
controls may never be effective in practice because clients
"don't cooperate".
