Tim,

Claudio is working on a new approach for the proposal we had in -118 about Layer 2 Relay Agents. If you recall, there was a discussion in the WG meeting and a potential new easier direction was found through the use of DHCPv4 over DHCPv6. The result is a new draft that explains how to do that. The draft should be posted soon if isn’t already. It would be nice if the group could take the work on.

I realize that a meeting isn’t the only place to discuss adoption, but wanted to bring this to your attention. I think it would be nice to have a discussion about this, either on list or in (perhaps mostly remotely attended) meeting.
