Hi:

If you have any interest in presenting to the DHC WG during IETF-107 (Vancouver), please submit a request by Tuesday, January 21st, 2020. Tomek & I must submit a request for a session by the Friday, Feb 7th deadline (see https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/important-dates/ - also below).

As there are two potential new work items:

1. draft-link-dhc-v6only-01 -- IPv6-Only-Preferred Option for DHCP (WG Adoption call outstanding, respond by Dec 24th)

2. draft-fkhp-dhc-dhcpv6-pd-relay-requirements-03 -- DHCPv6 Prefix Delegating relay (WG Adoption call should start shortly after above ends)

And we may have preliminary results for the work to move RFC8415 to Internet Standard (from Proposed), as the UNH Interoperability Labs "virtual plug fest: will have been held, it seems likely worth meeting at this IETF. However, it will depend on you as to the agenda items requested.

As in the past, please provide (to at least the chairs – email dhc-chairs@ietf.org):

Title Of Session:
Presenter:
Related Drafts:
Time Required:
Purpose of Session:

We do want to remind those requesting time that you should focus on discussing key issues that need resolution to move a draft forward or to introduce potential new work.

You can see the draft agenda at https://github.com/dhcwg/wg/wiki/IETF-107-(Vancouver)-DHC-WG-Agenda (this will be updated as requests are received).

FYI: While for IDR meetings, the following link may be helpful regarding presenting at a WG meeting - https://trac.ietf.org/trac/idr/wiki/Checklist%20for%20presenting%20at%20an%20IDR%20meeting.

Thanks!

- Bernie & Tomek
