Hello DHC-WG,

I updated my draft "DHCP Discovery Extensions" to address the issues raised
in the past threads in this mailing list.

* state diagram drawn

* Use of Authentication (RFC 3118) proposed to address the possible
DDoS-Attack problem through DHCPNETSCAN.

* Default settings on the client defined (NORMAL MODE).

* New "Discovery Option" introduced that allows the Server to enable/disable
the Discovery Extensions on the client.

* Outlined standalone implementation of the "DHCP Discovery Extensions"
without full RFC 2131 functionality.
  (this is of interest for certain types of clients with limited resources,
i.e. in the field of industrial automation)
