Hi Mark,

This is great work, I am very happy it is happening!

I think it would be great if we could add some text on 1) geographical consolidation, 2) the relationship between centralization and consolidation, and 3) what the opposites of the different kinds of consolidation could be described.

Happy to contribute text or review, whatever works best! If you would like text suggestions (pull request?), let me know how/where you'd like to receive them.
