Hello DINRG,

Lixia and I are working on the agenda for our meeting at IETF-115.

We have a two-hour slot on Monday, 15:30 – 17:30 (2 hours).

We wanted to use the meeting for two main objectives:

1. Charter discussion
We had quite good discussion at IETF-114 with lots of good suggestions for activities, next-steps, and important topics. We are working on consolidating this into something like a research and tech development agenda that would include analytical work ("how bad is it?"), architectural work (Internet & web, security), and solutions-oriented work (more specific proposals and research work items). The goal is to have a plan that allows us to structure continuous research and make useful contributions.

2. Technical presentations
We have two presentations lined up so far:
* Jens Flinkhäuser: Web Centralization (20 min)
* Olov Schelén: Power of Attorney (PoA) based authorization (20 min)

If you have thoughts on either 1) or would like to contribute a presentation to 2), please let us know.

We'll post the draft charter shortly.

Thanks,
Dirk and Lixia
