We'll have to check with the Network Police and see what they say.

As we have discussed ad nauseam, even without adding any PSD tags the tree 
walk will usually give results at least as good as the PSL.  And as we 
have also discussed, for any domain that cares, it's a whole lot easier to 
publish a DMARC record or two than to get an entry in the PSL
