Hi All,

This update to the DNS-over-TLS draft includes the following changes:

- Expanded and strengthened language about NOT mixing encrypted and
unencrypted data on a TCP/TLS connection. The need for this came
about during IESG evaluation of draft-ietf-dnsop-5966bis.

- Added draft-dgr-dprive-dtls-and-tls-profiles as an informative
  reference for additional privacy profiles.
