So's you know, there was a screwup with the I-D editors and the previous 
versions of this, meaning I had to rename it to get it into the queue. 
This version is also generated from XML instead of nroff, and has real 
examples in it (generated by a patched version of BIND 9.3 - patches 
available if you want them). Other changes are minor.
