	Given that DNS queries and answers are small compared to most other
	uses of the internet.  Increasing bandwidth has little effect compared
	with the effect of increasing bandwidth with other protocols.  The
	dominant factor in the rtt calculation is signal transmission speed
	not the time it takes to spit all the bits into the link.
	
	As everything else speeds up the DNS *seems* slower.
