Summary of the IETF 58 DNSEXT meeting. This summary is an addition to the draft minutes. (http://ops.ietf.org/lists/namedroppers/namedroppers.2003/msg02168.html) Documents to go to last call: -none- Documents in wg-last call: + draft-ietf-dnsext-mdns-24 Needs WGLC summary and minor edits + draft-ietf-dnsext-tkey-renewal-mode + draft-ietf-dnsext-case-insensitive Both have WGLC completed, they need a summary and a ID nits review before being send to IESG Stalled docs + draft-ietf-dnsext-rfc2536bis-dsa-4 + draft-ietf-dnsext-rfc2536bis-dhk-4 + draft-ietf-dnsext-ecc-key-4 all waiting for DNSSECbis to be finished. Active docs + draft-ietf-dnsext-wildcard-clarify-02 + draft-ietf-dnsext-dnssec-intro-06 + draft-ietf-dnsext-dnssec-protocol-03 + draft-ietf-dnsext-dnssec-records-05 Wildcard clarify had the 4 outstanding issues discussed. Summary of discussion and outstanding issues will be posted to the list. DNSSEC editors team gave update on the document set. Open questions where discussed and solutions where suggested. These will be resolved further via the list. Goal is WGLC by end December. Documents in IESG. + draft-ietf-dnsext-axfr-clarify-05 Waiting for AD writeup + draft-ietf-dnsext-delegation-signer In RFC queue + draft-ietf-dnesxt-dnssec-2535typecode-change (TCR) Needs IANA considerations fixed. + draft-ietf-dnesxt-keyrr-key-signing-flag Needs IANA considerations fixed (dependency on TCR) + draft-ietf-dnsext-dnssec-opt-in-05 WG to provide boilerplate indicating non-standard track status (stalled until 2535bis has been done). + draft-ietf-dnsext-dhcid-rr-07 Waiting for DHC WG. + draft-ietf-dnsext-dns-threats-04 AD evaluation + draft-dnsext-opcode-discover Waiting for editorial changes Charter The charter was not discussed as it was recently updated and there is no further need for change. The milestones will be updated shortly.
