With respect to the naming scheme, the existing operators were consulted along with everybody else as part of the document's last-call.

With respect to the proposal to re-delegate IN-ADDR.ARPA and IP6.ARPA all the existing operators were consulted before draft-jabley-reverse-servers-00 was submitted.
