This certainly deserves a thread of its own.  DNSOP is no trivial WG
to manage and all three chairs have provided outstanding service over
the years and have succeeded in bringing constructive order into a list
of WG tasks that most chairs would run screaming from.  Thank you so
much Tim and Suzanne for your years of service and contributions to the
community.  We're not an easy group!

Welcome and thank you as well to the new volunteers.  Buckle up.
