I have reviewed these two documents.

There is one minor correction needed, in  draft-ietf-dnsop-as112-ops 
section 2.2, where
"BLACKHOLE-2.IANA.ORG (192.175.48.6)" should be changed to read
"BLACKHOLE-2.IANA.ORG (192.175.48.42)", i.e. the correct address for 
blackhole-2 should be used.

Other than that, I see no problems with the documents, and am in favour 
of them being sent to WG last call
and proceeding through the rest of the process.
