The Subsequent Procedures PDP WG is currently operating with a full WG and 4 WT (work-tracks); one of the WTs is the one discussing IDNs, evaluation questions and name collisions. So although there is not one specific to DNS topics, and WT4 also discusses things like financial evaluation of applications, universal acceptance etc., WT4 would be the closest one. And is within WT4 that the framework I mentioned was discussed.

All GNSO PDP WGs have one requirement to participate: publish an SOI at https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=14713457 <https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=14713457> .

WT4 mailing list is available at https://mm.icann.org/mailman/listinfo/gnso-newgtld-wg-wt4 <https://mm.icann.org/mailman/listinfo/gnso-newgtld-wg-wt4> ; WT4 wiki space is located at https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=60490781 <https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=60490781> .

The main wiki space for the full WG is available at https://community.icann.org/display/NGSPP/New+gTLD+Subsequent+Procedures+PDP+Home <https://community.icann.org/display/NGSPP/New+gTLD+Subsequent+Procedures+PDP+Home> . Starting last March the group started releasing a monthly newsletter which can be a good way to get up-to-speed on the different work tracks. They are linked from https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=58001970 <https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=58001970> .
