Dear All,

I uploaded a new version of CGA-TSIG. As far as follow the DNS privacy mailinglist, it is most likely that TLS related approaches are the focus for DNS confidentiality. This is why, I have moved the CGA-TSIGe (which is related to encryption) to appendix to only show that this mechanism can also provide privacy.
