in an unreleased recursive name server, all parts of resimprove were 
implemented as of 2005 or so, which is what led to the publication of
the original resimprove draft a few years later. i don't think this
qualifies the authors and operators of that software as "implementers"
as used in the above request, but if so, let me say i don't need it to
be mandatory. see also my reply up-thread speaking as a draft co-author.
