Hi All, 

This update attempts to address the issues raised in WGLC

- Add a new section on versioning
- Address issue with CDDL validation relating the Transport flags

We’ve also bitten the bullet (I say we but Jim stepped up heroically for this :-)) and converted the SVG pictures to glorious ACSII art as the RFC tools are not ready and we do not want to hold up progressing the draft. Review of these would be appreciated.
