This draft closes out a bunch of issues. (As a reminder, we're tracking 
issues both here on the list and on the GitHub repo: 
https://github.com/DNSOP/draft-ietf-dnsop-terminology-bis).

We will be opening new issues in the coming weeks with the intention to 
be ready for WG Last Call by mid-January.
