The "Requirements for Management of Name Servers for the DNS" document
has been updated to reflect the comments received during last call.  The
diff can be found via the link below.  The changes were minor and thus I
think the document is ready for submission to the IESG (and thus my
finger is now reaching out to poke the chairs in their sides).

The most major change was actually the IPR statement which I changed to
pre5378Trust200902 since it was originally authored prior to RFC5378, as
idnits nicely pointed out to me.
