Dear WG,

it has been a while since Ed sent the IETF 71 DNSOP minutes around, with
no comments received.  The attached version has now been uploaded to the
meeting materials site and will appear in the proceedings.

Upon special request, the names of the volunteer reviwers for the WGLCs
