Hi folks,

I have been working on a reference implementation of our protocol here,
and it is finally in a releasable mould now. I have it up to date with our
LTP spec. draft : draft-irtf-dtnrg-ltp-03.txt, including our current SDNV
specification. It is written in Java, and works by transmitting and receiving
LTP segments in UDP/IP. Header/Trailer extensions are not supported as of
now, and neither is a mechanism to articulate link-state cues to
suspend/resume sessions. But for them, it seems reasonably true to the
specification.

It is available here : http://masaka.cs.ohiou.edu/ocp/ltp.html

If you get a chance to play with it, please let us know how it fared. Any
thoughts/comments on the same are also welcome.

Thanks,
Mani.
