Hi. I've just posted version 3.1.0 of ION to SourceForge (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ion-dtn/). ION 3.1.0 is mostly just bug fixes and performance tweaks, but it does include a simple implementation of CBHE-compatible bundle multicast that conforms to the spec in http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-burleigh-dtnrg-imc/; there's a minimal demo of multicast bundle streaming in the "demos" directory.
