WG,
This is the last update within the cluster of DTNMA drafts. The focus of this
update is in these areas:

* A new built-in literal type is added for Object Reference Pattern to replace
the earlier separate notion of ARI Pattern. This follows from the AMM
definition and is in support of, initially, the ACL operation. This update
removes the remaining "TBD" within this draft.
* Separates out each built-in literal type CDDL rule into a definition list to
make the explanations of each type more obvious and co-located with the CDDL
schema. Adds some canonicalization requirements for some of the types which
allow variations.
* Fixes some missing characters from ABNF "val-delims" rule to make the ABNF
more consistent, and some minor typos in other text form ABNF definitions.
* Fixes a typo in the CDDL "id-text" regexp escaping.
* Fixes the reference to BCP 26.

> This document defines the structure, format, and features of the
> naming scheme for the objects defined in the Delay-Tolerant
> Networking Management Architecture (DTNMA) Application Management
> Model (AMM), in support of challenged network management solutions
> described in the DTNMA document.
>
> This document defines the DTNMA Application Resource Identifier
> (ARI), using a text-form based on the common Uniform Resource
> Identifier (URI) and a binary-form based on Concise Binary Object
> Representation (CBOR). These meet the needs for a concise, typed,
> parameterized, and hierarchically organized set of managed data
> elements.
