DTNWG,

  With chair hat OFF...

  Now that the DTNMA (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-dtn-dtnma/) is through WG Last Call, I request that the WG consider the following, related documents for adoption:

1. The DTNMA Application Management Model (AMM) and Data Models (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-birrane-dtn-adm/)
2. The DTNMA Application Resource Identifier (ARI) (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-birrane-dtn-ari/)

These documents expand on the informative DTNMA document by adding a normative data model and associated identifiers.  The evolution of the work has been presented at several prior DTNWG meetings and I believe this work falls within the DTNWG charter item of "The definition of an architecture and protocols in the areas of Operations, Administration, and Management...".
