All,

A couple of new draft versions have been published to refresh the liveliness
of the proposed documents.

The Bundle Protocol Version 7 Administrative Record Types Registry [1] is
very much needed in order to progress the ACME validation experimental
document [2] and will be needed for any other proposed BPv7 admin. record
type. The content is very small and, I hope, uncontroversial. The current
request is simply for WG adoption.

The BPSec COSE Context [3] represents a near-term mechanism to include PKI
and multi-layered cryptography in BIB and BCB. COSE itself has advanced to
Internet Standard (STD-96) [4] last month and represents a matured structure
and mechanism for bookkeeping both simple and complex configurations. The
latest draft has been updated to align its AAD encoding and AAD Scope
parameter with RFC 9173. Again, the request is for WG adoption, which
represents the start of discussion in the WG not a conclusion that the
document is ready for use.

Thanks for consideration,

Brian S.
