Thanks for the follow-up -- I understand there are no milestones, adoption
call, chartering within the IAB Program, as per the WG definition of those
words. I recall the meeting with the IAB, at which one of my take-aways was
that the IAB Program as a framework or vehicle was still a bit unclear and
somewhat experimental.

Sorry I misused a term with meaning already. Please replace "milestones"
with "Goals" and "Success".

Additionally, the IAB Program does seem to track documents, as per
https://datatracker.ietf.org/program/eimpact/documents/, but those do not
have milestones. Some of the eimpact documents target existing WGs/RGs or
other publication vehicles, but some do not. How does this work as a
document tracking overlay?

This is useful. Thanks. Is it fair to summarize that, in addition to a
mailing list for discussion and knowledge transfer, the main IAB Program
goal is to identify gaps and dispatch?

Thanks for this as well -- is the IAB program solely publication avenue for
the IAB to publish?

Thanks,

Carlos.
