Colleagues, Some time ago, after a substantial period serving the working group, Roger Marshall indicated his capacity to continue would be limited. At that time Randall Gellens stepped forward to assist and begin a transition. The time has come to complete the transition, and so we bid adieu to Roger as chair, and thank him for his service.
