Some remarks on the changes from -00 to -01:

-01 does no longer define the specifics for the interim I-ENUM
solution. This draft just defines the EBL record and specifies
how a modified ENUM application can make use of EBL records
to branch off from one tree into various sub-trees.

I-ENUM only appears as the motivation and as an example.

The main reasons for this change were discussions in San Diego
on how to speed up the DNS RRtype assignment process. As this
draft is now decoupled from I-ENUM specifics, it should be able
to progress faster and get the IANA assignment via a test-drive
of 2929bis.

The proposed algorithm and RRType did not change at all.
