Patrik,

Just a quick comment on the example in Appendix A.  The call is originated
from a PSTN/SCN phone, then suddenly an SCP looks up the NAPTR record.  More
detail steps would be helpful for the real world situation, although I know
that this document does not intend to address those details.  You removed
the two diagrams sowing the SSP/STP/SCP/IN-Database and SSP/STP/SCP/DNS so
the another term other than "SCP" may be better.
