I am sorry I missed the WGLC deadline, but I have a few small comments.

Overall I think the document is in a good shape and nearly ready for 
publication as an RFC. A few comments below:

1) I really miss some examples. While the document looks correct, adding 
both COPY and SEARCH examples would improve its usefulness to readers.

2) A little thing:

I doubt this is being used. I can't see anything in the ABNF section. Can the author please double check and remove this reference, if it is not needed?
