Shouldn't RFC 5229/variables be mentioned in Section 4 because it's available to special-use?  Does anyone see anything beyond already existing security considerations for :variables when it's invoked by :fcc via :specialuse?

Thank you for the this.  I've been looking forward to an fcc extension.
