My apologies - this is a belated response to the Draft Minutes that I had hoped
to post before the I-D was reissued.

I think that there are still many uses of 'attribute' that need changing, mostly
to 'component', particularly in s.6 and s.7, to whit:

2.1 The possible configurable parameters (i.e., attributes)

3.2.1 The actual number of output instances in a group is an attribute of the
LFB instance

4.5 These built-in data types can be readily used to define metadata or
   LFB attributes

4.5.3 The latter should be handled by capability attributes

4.7.4 The following example defines two attributes for an LFB:

4.7.4 CEs may attempt to reference non-existent or non-permitted attributes

4.7.5 The capability components are always read-only attributes,
(suggest eliding the word entirely)

4.7.5 The following example lists two capability attributes:

4.8.1 The possible values of attribute access permission]
(note the trailing ]

4.8.1 The attribute may be written,

4.8.1 The attribute may be read or written

6 (all nine uses)

7 (all 13 uses)

8.2 The other attribute
