Summary:

This draft is ready for publication as an informational RFC

Major issues:

None

Minor issues:

None

Nits/editorial comments:

-- Abstract:

The abstract should mention that this updates 6292.

-- section 3, last paragraph, last sentence: "A WG chair also needs to be able to delete one or more existing milestones."

That sentence seems redundant with the last sentence of the previous paragraph

-- section 4, last paragraph: "After this tool is launched, the IETF Secretariat will no longer need to post a change to the database: the tool will do this without intervention by the Secretariat."

Except in the aforementioned case of the secretariat doing this to fix a problem or in an emergency.
