The draft's expiration date was 7 Sept, but it's in IESG processing,
so it remains active.

Where do you see Standards Track anywhere?  Everything I see says
Informational, and that's what's intended.  So it should be reviewed
as Informational.  If anything says Standards Track, please point me
to it, because I'd need to make sure that was changed.
