I just want to point out that the choice between "Technical" and "Editorial" here is tricky.  The text uses an example as a critical part of its explanation of a technical point (which is probably bad form in general, but it makes this text very much easier to understand).  The error is in that example.

So, in other words, I agree with the change to "Technical".
