hi felix,

this is an interesting request.

after the large number of discussions at the washington meeting (which
questioned a number of the design decisions in the document) there was very
little interest in this activity.
i tried to get in contact with the andrew about this subject several times
to reflect the current status of the geopriv working group.
unfortunately i failed.
in the geopriv working group we asked for interest in this work but there
was no single response.
(although i need to state that i was once contacted privately.)

ciao
hannes
