I think that the problem is more serious than this.
RFC6848 for all intents and purposed closed the CATypes registry to
registration of new types "except by IESG Approval [RFC5226] under unusual
circumstances".

If we want to register these as new types then we probably need state why
this is an "unusual circumstance".
