Hello, This new version of our draft addresses the comments from IETF Last Call. It has a few minor protocol changes, and various clarifications: - A new Error Recovery section adds normative guidance on client retry and recovery behavior. - Added recommendations for Cache-Control headers. - Relaxed key configuration to allowing other algorithms than Elliptic Curve, to not be overly restrictive allow e.g. Post-Quantum Crypto in the future. ES256 is required to have an interoperable option. - Additional guidance for snapshot frequency and Delta chain length. - Clarifications regarding snapshot versions in examples. - IANA Considerations simplified. - Minor other cleanups. We thank Daniele Ceccarelli, Claudio Allocchio, Menachem Dodge, Julian Reschke, Watson Ladd, and Paul Kyzivat for their review during IETF Last Call, and Mohamed Boucadair for helping get the draft ready for last call.
