The mechanism, we were using to display the slides -- sharing a
pre-loaded slide deck through Meetecho -- will not support playing
videos.  For presentations that have a video we would have to switch
from presenting pre-loaded slides to sharing the presentation screen.
We can certainly do that, in which case a video link would be the
right way to handle it.

We definitely don't want to imbed the video itself.  I had a lot of
trouble getting the DRIP slides loaded, for example, because the file
was almost 50 MB and we were having severe network performance
problems at the time because of some network interference.  It took a
very long time for me to download the PPTX file from github.  When I
then converted it to PDF it turned into a 300 KB file that was then
quick to upload to MeetEcho.
