At IETF 125, some of the HAPPY WG participants and v3 draft authors got together to discuss various issues open on IPv6-only network handling. I’ve attempted to write up the outcome of that discussion in a PR, here: https://github.com/ietf-wg-happy/draft-happy-eyeballs-v3/pull/137 Looking forward to discussion and review at the upcoming meeting!
