connection, what should be put in the "Padding" in the ESP Tailer? Thanks

No, it is not.

Padding is just padding for the HIP parameter, it has not really any
connection with ESP trailers. See base draft 06 section 5.2.1. According to
the base draft, the padding is just zeroes.
