Hi Roger,

Thanks for sharing these documents. Is it possible to generate and share a
side-by-side or inline diff between revision 13 and this new revision 14?

I find that feature via the History tab on the IETF site quite useful for
following along on all changes; however, I appreciate that you have
highlighted the main change, so no problem if that isn't possible.
