I concur, I have a hard time understanding given this scope how it could differentiate versus existing work by other WGs, as well as other existing standards bodies focused on this area.  It feels like it would end up with a lot of very scope limited patchwork efforts that will be difficult for vendors to follow.

I certainly would continue to urge participation in the IPv6 BCP work, as well as for those interested continuing to support Broadband Forum and HGI efforts which are a bit more comprehensive.
