Very much incremential update.

From the changelog in the draft:

draft-ietf-homenet-hncp-02: Removed any built-in security. Relying
      on IPsec. Reorganized interface categories, added requirements languages,
      made manual border configuration a MUST-support. Redesigned routing
      protocol election to consider non-router devices.

(There is also informational pointer to Steven’s security draft, which hopefully makes life bit better than just IPsec manual key as currently specified.)

For -03, there is a number of things I would like to change, but perhaps it is bit too early for that discussion yet.
