I think publishing your lightbulb in the global DNS is generally out
of scope.   The plan is to define an architecture that is
upwards-compatible with the fancy all-singing all-dancing management
API/DNS zones model.   Yes, publishing stuff in the global DNS is out
of scope for the simple homenet naming architecture document.
